CUSC and CO-OP Shared Branching (formerly SCC) to Combine Shared Branching Operations

The proposed consolidation is expected to enhance the viability and success of shared branching network making it even stronger than it is today. The proposed new organization would retain the name of CUSC and utilize the NGN switch we are operating under today. Please note that this proposed combination is subject to stockholder approval with both CUCI, LLC and Servicecorp have stockholder interests in CUSC. Management and the Boards of both organizations will be reviewing details of the proposal in the coming weeks. In addition, Karol Griffin, Teachers CU serves on the Board of CUSC as a representative of CUCI.
